The Sith are the men and women behind the Sith Empire. They are, in most cases, purely evil and are guided by their passion and emotions in contrast to the Jedi who believe enlightenment, knowledge, and not giving into your emotions grant you power. Sith are trained on the planet Korriban to be truly, and undeniably merciless. As a sith you are required to have a mentality and the capability to handle extreme situations. You are the life blood of the Empire, much like the Jedi is the life blood of the republic. Sometimes other classes look to you for guidance and you usually give them the guidance they need. As said above you are to be merciless, unforgiving and sometimes down right joyful in the acts you commit without fear. This is subjective of course to personality and history. However, do remember that if you don't show some form of merciless action or passion, you will never pass from Apprentice, and sometimes might even be struck down by your own master.
